Active8 Oswestry Special

£35 Members £45 none members

In conjunction with Active8 Functional Fitness in Oswestry, Ali is pleased to offer a day in the Welsh mountains which can be as steep or gentle as the participants like. We would meet at 9am at the Siabod Cafe just outside of Betws y Coed to have a brew and discuss what people would like to get out of the day; this could be as simple as getting some fresh air and having a day out in the hills and recharging, learning some map reading skills or getting a taste of an activity you are interested in. You will need boots suitable for the actvity a small rucksack and a set of waterproofs minimum (if it aint rainin' it ain't trainin') a kit list will be sent out prior to the day. 8 places maximum for each day. A gauranteed way of getting your step count up for the week!

Is it for me? If you train or attend classes at Active8 Oswestry then quite simply - yes it is!
